System includes 24 DC connections standard, six industry standard ISO63 ports available for more RF, DC, or fiber optics, and nine optical access ports (8 horizontal, 1 on top) 

Novel integrated differential pumping seal design (double Oring) for maximum vacuum performance while maintaining easy access to inner sample space. All low outgassing (UHV approved) materials and 150°C bake out.

200mm diameter cold sample plate with four cold interface panels for RF, DC, or fiber optics. Optional 250mm cold plate with eight cold interface panels.

Flexible chamber and workspace to fit any application. Standardized side ports and interface options. 100mm tall sample space shown; taller space is available for applications with nanopositioners or low vibe insert for ultra-low vibration applications.
