Larger Platform With More Interfaces
A 250mm diameter cold plate include eight Four Nine Design interface blocks. Three are used for the three axis power lugs, one for 24 pin user general connections, and the other four are available for 24DC, 48DC, or quad RF connections.
Standard SideKick Features
The mechanical excitation from the cryocooler and vacuum pumps is moved off the table by using the proprietary SideKick tower mounted to the floor next to the table. A variety of housing options are available.
